My daughter went to A an E with a broken wrist and was very nervous. Staff were efficient, communicated exceptionally well and made the experience a lot more endurable for my daughter. Best bit is the seperate A and E unit for children the amount of times I went to A and E as a kid and was terrified to be say with more severe injuries, drunks or just older people.
