There seems to be a shortage of staff in some wards and at weekends. Have sween blood samles taken without name tags put on wrists.

Patients given food/drink when marked 'nil by mouth' and medicines they were allergic to. Older patients don't seem to have the support to feed them when they are too weak to do so.

Doctors on rounds seem to be exempt from wearing uniforms - are they not carriers of germs?
