What I liked

There wasnt really much that I did like, except the fact that they told me the same as what the doctor that referred me had told me.

What could be improved

The waiting times are disgusting. I was sat in the A & E department, waiting to see the nurse that tells us what part of the hospital to go to next, and it should only be a 20 minute wait between checking in and seeing this person. It was 45 minutes for me, and then she told me to go and wait out in the waiting room again, and I was waiting for another 3 hours 30 minutes! And in the end, the doctor that we saw had such a strong accent that I could hardly understand what he was saying! In the end, all he said was that I had concussion and sent me home, and didnt even bat an eyelid when I told him that my doctor recommended a scan.

Believe me, I would rather spend more time travelling to get to Poole or Southampton that go to Bournemouth again!
