"very dissatisfied"

About: Doddington Hospital

Anything else?

I visited the hospital recently due to an emergency as one the kids had had an accident but when we got called by the nurse , she was just plain rude. Her first response on top of her voice was, we are too many to fit in her room which wasn't true as it had the right amount of chairs. And then she had the nurve to say that my child wasn't co-operative because she was so much in pain and was crying but, what really got me was when she said that Doddington Hospital is not child friendly and we'd be better off at another hospital where they had a childrens ward.

First of all, this nurse needs a little bit of professionalism. She is a disgrace to the hospital and to no surprise, I was happy leaving as requested to a nother hospital where they cared excellently.
