What I liked
So many juniors making clinical decisions it was appalling - clearly didnt have a clue and were totally unwilling to go and ask for advice, in case they looked like they didnt know what they were talking about to 'sir'.
What could be improved
New Management, and staff who had actually served F1 and F2 posts in appropriate specialities before being appointed to SpR posts - its really lethal to make mistakes in Urology like this.
