Communication between departments

Time scale (urgent does not equal a 4 month wait as far as I am concerned)

Clarity of what appointment is for

Clarity of which doctor you will see

Medical proof of diagnosis rather than just guess!

Administrative staff needed at department - noone to answer phones led to no appointment, no process of vetting, referrals just sitting on desks, slots being free with noone scheduled in, no clarity of process for patient
