(as the patient),

I have recently had surgery and after two weeks I had to get bands put on my braces. All they did was give me a bag of elastics bands and sent me on my way telling me an 'idiot could do it'.

Tried to ring to arrange another appointment but no way of finding contact details for moments like this.

Disappointed after being such a long term visitor on the department.
