"3 hours waiting, £8 parking fees and sent home anyway because they couldn't find my father's notes. Useless."

About: King's Mill Hospital / Neurology

(as a relative),

In early April I took my father for an appointment at Clinic 7, for an early morning appointment for a biopsy. We booked in at reception 15 minutes early. We were told to take a seat. 3 hours later, sorry 2hrs 50mins to be precise, his name was called. He went to see the doctor to be told they couldn't find his notes and he would have to come back as they couldn't do it. To add insult even further, we then had to pay nearly £8 in car park fees. I found this to be a totally useless, pathetic and inept service. I work with special needs people and if I had done this, I would be looking for another job.
