My elderly father is currently on D9, the major trauma ward after a nasty fall at home. I truly believe that he couldn't have received a better level of care anywhere. Due to the nature of his injuries, he has been confused, and challenging to deal with at times but every member of staff has been so professional, patient, and caring at all times. As a family, we have at times been upset and distressed about what's happened, but everyone has been fantastic, and has spent time reassuring us, and helping us come to terms with the situation. We don't know at this stage how much of a recovery he will make, but we do know that he has been given absolutely the best possible chance that he could have. Thank you so much to all the staff involved in his care.
"Exceptional level of care, and fantastic staff"
