Its an absolute disgrace that you send letters out at weekends, after people have a scan and give them this letter for another appointment with no explanation why, we only thinking the worst , in tears, cancer is a nasty thing, but you do not put anybody on so we can chat to or get a result of that scan. We now got to wait all easter with this cloud over us while you lot office staff/management have nice easter weekend with your familys thank you very much for the easter present.
