"My 83 year old father had an appointment ..."

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske)

(as a relative),

What I liked

My 83 year old father had an appointment at the dermatology department. We followed the small signs until we got to the A % E then could see no sign of the building. Eventually found a passing member of staff who told us its entrance and signage was hidden behind bushes. We were told at dermatology reception that many other patients had mentioned that on their first visit they were unable to find it without asking.

What could be improved

A large sign in front of the hedging clearly stating that the deptment was behind it.

Thank you for bringing this signage problem to our attention. Our estates team have been asked to make sure the sign to the dermatology department cleared of plant growth.
