I met two lovely nurses yesterday at my pre-op assessment. They both very friendly and helpful and put me at my ease, took me through step by step what will be happening during my visit to Preston next week, an answered any questions I had. I have to admit, I am very nervous of hospitals and inparticular, needles - One of them is the best at taking blood samples! I never felt a thing :-). I am now feeling much more reassured about my op next week - thanks to these two lovely ladies!
