The nursing, medical and administrative staff were both caring and professional and everyone treated me with respect and listened to what I had to say about my injury. I felt that I was treated as an individual and was dealt with effectively. I could not fault this experience and wish this were the case with other areas of my NHS experiences. The treatment prescribed has worked and I am well on the road to recovery. Heartfelt thanks to everyone.
