"Having recently visited both A&E ..."

What I liked

Having recently visited both A&E and the fracture clinic (on three occasions), i am very pleased with the time it took the staff and the way i was treated by them. I spent less than an hour and a half in A&E on a firday night and spent 25 minutes in the fracture clinic which included an xray and seeing the doctor. Very pleased with the waiting times on all occasions and the friendly and helpful staff. However, the waiting rooms were much too small for the capicity of patients.

What could be improved

Cramped waiting room in fracture clinic - should be extended.
