"xray"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital

(as the patient),

i had an xray on my hand, the staff were good but no apology for a delay and wai. The radiographer would not tell me what they found. Why cant a patient be told then and there what has been seen, why does this need to go to the GP and then we have to wait for the result if the service is patient centred?

Dear Leap

Thank you for giving us feedback on your recent visit to x-ray and I apologise that you were not informed about the delay or received an apology for it.

In terms of feedback to patients it is important that all tests results are reviewed properly by the appropriate clinical staff and that is why results are reported in the way they are.

Thank you again for giving us your thoughts on your care
