"Maternity"

About: Russells Hall Hospital

Anything else?

I had my first baby at RH hospital (midwife led care) on 11th March 2013. I recieved the most excellent care during my scans, labour, delivery and post delivery period. It far exceeded my expectations. From my first phone calls to triage for advice when labour started to our discharge I felt very well cared for and treated excellently by the midwives.

They helped me deliver our baby safely, they were so caring, supportive and reassuring to both myself and my husband. The whole event was calm and memorable - just how any woman would want her baby's birth to be. Care of my baby and advice was first class. Myself and our beautiful daughter could not have been cared for any better.

I shall always be grateful for the care I have recieved and would highly recommend RH maternity unit.

Also-I was very impressed at the cleanliness of the delivery rooms, post natal ward and shower rooms etc - again, better than I had expected.

A huge thankyou to all

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback about our care, Amy. We know how important a comfortable pregnancy and delivery is for a mum-to-be, so we are very pleased that your experience on our Maternity department has been so positive from start to finish. I’m sure all our Maternity staff will be delighted to hear your recommendation.
