I was only diagnosed end of November 2012 as a type 1 diabetic, it came as quite a shock! Everyone I have encountered since being diagnosed has been nothing but helpful, supportive and kind. I have had numerous outpatient appointments and follow ups since my diagnosis just over 4 months ago, never having to wait more than 10 minutes past my appointment time in a hugely busy department.

I thank you all, more than I could say.
