Anything else?
Monday 25th March 2013, admitted to RH Hospital for Total Hysterectomy with BSO.
On arrival i was obviously quite nervous as this is a major operation and i had never been in hospital before. The staff on the admissions ward were very reasuring and before i new it i was on my way to the theatres.
I was in a lot of pain after coming round in recovery and this was sorted very quickly by the staff before i was taken up to B4.
The nurses on the ward could not do enough for me, continuosly asking if i was comfortable and pain free.
My discharge the following day was done very efficiently and quickly.
I cannot thank the staff on this ward enough for the amazing care i received during my stay, not once did they fail me.
I am due to go in again this year for a hernia repair and i shall be praying that i am back on B4, the staff on this ward are a credit to the NHS.
Many thanks to you all
Stephanie Powell
