My husband is currently in ward 9 and I really can't put into words how highly I rate the therapists and nursing staff. They have become my second family and are outstanding in their care and attentiveness. I am involved in decision making, everything is fully explained and my husband's needs are clearly of paramount importance to the team. The building needs a facelift but you need to look beyond that as it is the staff which are important. Weekends are like any other setting with fewer staff and no therapies but I believe this is all about to change. Please do not worry about your loved one being cared for here as I am honestly one of the fussiest people and I can not fault anything about the team.
