"Appoint for pre admission"

About: Broadgreen Hospital

Anything else?

I attended the hospital on Monday 25th March 2013 for a pre admission appointment for septoplasty at the newly moved ENT at the Alexandre wing.

I arrived a lot earlier than my appoint time but was seen within a couple of minutes.

The pre admin clinic nurse went through a detailed list of questions and then advised for an ecg and peak flow test as my breathing is a little erratic at the best of times.

I was asked if it was ok for a male nurse to complete the tests which I agreed to & was treated very respectfully & thoughtfully throughout the tests.

I then had to go for blood tests which is a ticket process - I waited no more than 3 minutes and then was allowed to go home with the relevant information needed for the septoplasty the following week.

Throughout my visit to the hospital I was treated quickly & efficiently and respectfully.

I expect to stay overnight for my septoplasty and expect to be treated with the same high standard of care I have already received form the staff here.

I would highly recommend this hospital.
