What could be improved
Yet again my 90 year old mother has had her laser appointment cancelled at short notice. Her sight is very poor and she is at increased risk of falling as a result of this. I consider this policy of repeated cancellations to be totally unacceptable. Previos efforts to contact the Eye Infirmary have proved futile.
