I had - and still have need to contact your audio department at Samuel Johnson where I was told I was in need of treatment at Queens, and an appointment would be made as soon as possible with the consultant, but five months on, to date , no response
Requesting the number via Burton, for help - at Samuel Johnson, making contact, the result was nil. Why are calls not being taken, but 'hung up'?
I made several attempts to get through but once again it seems no one is at hand to take telephone calls at this hospital (01543 412911) not just bad practice but bad manners
it is almost six months for my awaited appointment at Queens which was to have been arranged by your audio department - another 'let down?
