I was very worried about hygiene and bugs, and particularly nervous that my anxiety and panic disorder would be brushed off. I am happy to say that my fears were completely unfounded - all staff were kind and considerate of my feelings, and they were very accommodating. I was listened to, taken seriously, and they even ensured I had a side room by myself. The whole place felt cleaner than it has done in the past.
Lovely, understanding staff who all had time for me, organized and efficient - I have no complaints at all.
