Quite recently I had some faulty insulin pen needles. I used the out of hours doctors to attempt to get an urgent prescription. They failed to call me back

I was sorry to learn of your experience.

I must advise you, however, that the out of hours GP service, whilst held here at the hospital, is actually run by the East of England Ambulance Service.
