(as the patient),

After initially being quite nervous about the process, I was pleasantly surprised at the way in which I was made to feel calm and safe.

I would describe myself as a logical person and the worker read that perfectly so that all the advice and discussions we had seemed logical and put me at ease. There were so many moments of clarity.
