What I liked

the staff were friendly and if you asked a question they would answer you.

i have t osay thoe i thought that the ward was filthy it was a hdu ward with people who have had nuro surgery and it looked as if the place had not been cleaned in days when i said to the lady who does the lunches and tea's she said it was the staffs jobs not hers. they shoud have a cleaner not the nurses who have to look after the sick people.

What could be improved
