My experience with the counsellor at the Health Centre was good. She listened to me and did not judge me. It is nice to be able to discuss your worries with someone who is not involved like family or friends. She put me in touch with people who told me about activities locally which I enjoyed when I attended some of them. I feel as though I have more confidence and can cope better now.
