"A very pleasant first appointment"

I am having physiotherapy to my wrist after an attack of pseudogout. A very pleasant first appointment. The experience left me feeling relieved, supported and cared about. I am looking forward to my next session. The staff were friendly, sympathetic and experienced, enjoyed their work and had plenty of time for me. I was listened to very carefully, treated expertly, with gentleness, dignity and consideration. I felt they were very interested in me and in my problems. I was given lots of advice and follow up exercises. Thankyou for this opportunity to provide feedback.
