What could be improved

my mother having been put on a ward Hexworthy level 9 at 8 am thursday the 6th of March i left the hospital to get some sleep , on my return that evening i found my mother had not been seen by any doctor and would not have been unless i kicked up a fuss she had been lost in the system given she was suffering with lung cancer and a stoke this was unaceptable

While care of the nusres since has been ok getting any information on her progress is difficult if not impossible when asked the std reply is i have just got on shift you will need to speak to the doctor someone tell me how

Also both my mothers nightware and slippers have gone missing

Parking is a nightmare

and my final comment is the medical investigation ward on level 6 could when i was there only be described as something out of mash, people racked and stacked waiting to go in
