What I liked

My father was recently taken into Derriford Hospital after suffering a Heart Attack. He was treated exceptionally well on the new cardiac unit and given the best treatment possible. unfortunately due mainly to his age (92) he was unable to recover. He was transferred to Bracken Ward and i was extremely impressed with all the staff on this ward. My father was treated with care and dignity right up to the moment he passed away, which made our suffering easier to bear. all the staff had a loving caring attitude. The ward was spotless clean and nothing was too much trouble. A big thank you to everyone

What could be improved

As far as Bracken Ward is concerned i don't think there is much that can be improved. Its excellent.
