My mother spent 5 weeks on John Proctor Ward earlier this year and we were all very happy with the way she was looked after. Any time I needed to talk to staff they were available and I could ask them anything regarding my mother's treatment. Staff arranged two family meetings for us to discuss my mother's progress and when the outlook was not good they told us how they would treat her medically. We were always kept informed what was happening and even at the last when mum passed away she was treated with respect. We have no negative things to say about this hospital.
