"Lack of due care"

About: Kent & Canterbury Hospital / Cardiology

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter was only admitted after I kicked up a fuss. Heart monitor fitted... after a fuss.

Now has been told by the doctor she is being referred to cardiology... still no appointment. GP still has not had the results... weeks go by and nothing happens till we shout.

Assume there are no patient stories on here as they died waiting!
