About: Community physiotherapy / Dereham physiotherapy clinic

(as the patient),

I receive treatment for arthritis in my neck and head. This hospital is very easy for people in small villages around here to get to. The staff are very helpful. It is also very good for the elderly as the hospital is small and not confusing. It is a pity the small restaurant was closed a few years ago as it would be nice for people waiting around who provide transport to have a drink and sandwich.

Thank you for taking time to give us feedback on your experience at Dereham.

We are very proud of our friendly, busy hospital and I do understand your disappointment that our canteen closed several years ago. It was also a valuable social space. The Community Teams had outgrown their space and now are better integrated,occupying the existing area.

A van delivers refreshments daily but you need to get the timing right, otherwise we have drinks machines in waiting areas. I will pass your comment to our site manager.
