I would like to say thank you to Ann for everything!

The care given by Ann Maloy (the community heart failure nurse) for my husband John has been absolutely wonderful, she is extremely caring, informative, patient, and helpful.

She has worked very hard to find ways and means of getting my husband the best possible help in very difficult circumstances. In addition she has also given much needed support to myself; she goes beyond the call of duty.

Without the help and support of Ann I don't think we would have been able to go on. She also helped us in terms of finding someone who could give us financial help about possible benefits. Her care has been a godsend.

She is the person who seeks out and contacts others who could also help us when I am unable to do so. I know it has not always been easy for her trying to do what she does in difficult circumstances but she always dopes everything she can. You could not ask for more.

"Thank you for taking the time to say these kind words about your Heart Failure Nurse Anne Molloy on Patient Opinion. Anne is very passionate about her role in Heart Failure and works very hard to provide her patients with the best care in sometimes challenging situations. Anne is very proud to hear such lovely words about the support she provides to both yourself and your husband. Anne is a very valued member of our team and it is wonderful to hear that her patients feel the same way.
