"TRAC were able to give me a more suitable appointment"

(as the patient),

This is experienced by myself prior to having any audio tests as I have not yet had my appointment, but my GPs actions in arranging a referral were first class. As were the actions of the TRAC staff. I found them very considerate when I telephoned them to alter the time and date given me initially and was given a new time and date much more to my liking. Generally everything was satisfactory
