I stayed in beech 3 and the staff were really nice two members of staff are really great at there jobs made my stay so nice ,they are a credit to your hospital. they have great people skills and gave you as much time as they could they both need a medal. When I was in a and e which was nearly all day I could see lots going on and was horrified to see a doctor treat 6 different patients and not once sanatize the bed. she drained blood from one old lady's knee this really bothered me that's not good practise.

Thank you for your kind comments about Beech 3, these have been passed onto the members of staff on the ward. We are really sorry that you felt horrified by your experience in A&E. We have high cleaning standards that should ensure each trolley is cleaned between each patient use. We will share your concerns with the nursing staff and medical staff on duty that day to ensure that there is not a repeat of this.
