Having experienced A&E,AAU,AMU, & Syon1 over 5 days, I was very impressed by the orchestration of the staff...........they all had set jobs to do but were always willing to stand in for colleages when necessary.

I never heard any staff member grumble about anything

We welcome all feedback we receive, and your comments have been passed to the managers and senior doctors who oversee A&E, AAU, AMU and Syone 1. Over the past year we have made some significant improvements to our emergency care pathway, with the aim of improving the experiences of our patients. We are pleased that this has been the case for you.
