Saw Consultant on referral for our 4yr old Son. Found him polite but disengaged. He made no effort to understand my concerns. He stone walled any observations or details I attempted to provide. When I pushed him for an action plan to deal with my Son's condition he fobbed me off with a nasal spray that I have since learnt has no documented evidence of success.
