As friendly and dignified as ever.

I had attended the x-ray unit about four years ago and yet again yesterday found it friendly efficient and patient friendly when I needed the department.

A wonderful example for the NHS. Congratulations, your smiling faces and patient friendly attitude are much appreciated.
