Special thanks to all staff on the day surgery unit following my knee operation today. From the check in desk through to nurses, theatre staff etc I was treated with the utmost respect. Special thanks to my nurse Alison Steadman for looking after me so well.

I hope you are recovering well. That’s a very painful op you’ve had, so I hope your knee is healing as it should and that your medication is helping!
