I would first like to thank all the Nursing staff in the Childrens ward 27 at Burnley General.

After the initial unforseen upset, all was resolved with thanks and gratitude.

My daughter (even though 16 and still attending school) was treated with so much warmth, understanding and involvment, which has never occured before with any of our childrens hospital visits.

All possible information the Nursing Staff was given, was related to us in an understanding way.

The Staff were all nice and friendly.

I would again like to thank all the Nursing Staff present on ward 27 on Wednesday 20th March 2013.

All were absolutely brilliant.
