(as the patient),

I suffer from hearing loss, my GP explained my options. I was referred quickly. I was given the choice of hospital and spec savers. I was given an appointment at Spec Savers and that was within 3 weeks. I was given a thorough test and fitted with hearing aids. She was very courteous and thoughtful. The hearing aids were not what I expected, being quite large and brown but they work well.
