The radiographer who undertook my breast screening was exceptional, she was polite, informative and very competent, making the expereince far less stressful than anticipated... the department/waiting room is also very well presented.

On a nother note I entered through junction 9 and was disappointed with the poor upkeep of the general areas of the campus, it does feel rather neglected and the poor relation to the Royal campus.

Thank you for your positive comments; we are always pleased to hear about good patient experiences. Our staff are committed to providing quality care and really appreciate patients taking the time to thank them for their hard work. Entrance 9 of the London Road Community Hospital is part of the building that will soon be closed and redeveloped, for this reason we keep it clean and presentable, but do not spend money on the decor. We appreciate patient's and visitors patience during these changes.
