Aftet a week of toothache I was advised to go to the dental hospital for an emergency appointment. The dentist for me is usually a very traumatic experience where I don't feel at ease. Today even though I was being treated by students I couldn't of felt more relaxed!

Everything was discussed with me in detail and when I advised I was nervous I was put at ease. Every step of the process was smooth and all staff welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

I was given two options, get a root canal or extraction. I went for the extraction even though I've never had one while awake.

My extraction was done by a wonderful student any time I walked to speak he stopped and listened to my needs or concerns and was constantly reassuring me along the way that I was doing well. Please pass on my thanks to him, I really is the best dental experience I've had.
