Not taking any notice of what family have told them about patient. We know our parents better than anyone. Telling patients not to shout when they are in pain and uncomfortable. Bell being put on wall out of reach when they are in a side room. Plus I could give many more things but it makes me so upset that I don't want to think about it. Knowing now what was going on. My father passed away unexpected . What more can I say.
