"Heating at Bronllys Hospital Velindre Ward"

I went to visit my sister in this ward. We had to meet in a freezing cold meeting room with no heating. She was complaining about the cold in her day to day living quarters and her bedroom. She's managed to get 6 blankets to go on her bed. There are no duvets.

One patient came over to say hello and she was wearing a warm coat and gloves (indoors). The heaters were barely on. When I complained to one of the staff she was quite condescending and told me 'well, its cold everywhere'.

My sister said the staff have a nice warm office to sit in.
