The telephone answering service is really bad, I would ring one number and I would be on hold for half hr and then get cut off then I would call another number and be on hold for 15 minutes then transferred to an answering machine. I left all my details and then not be contacted back. I have not spoken to a call handler, only machines. I have a bad knee and can not walk and no one is responding to me. Who I call?
