Last week we saw the doctor who confirmed our 13 yr old son had a hernia. He was so kind and reassuring with our son, without patronising him. Was v age appropriate communication. Today (9 days later) the doctor operated to repair the hernia - amazing response, but more than that, we were in the new Day Surgery Unit, where my son had his own room, was in surgery by 9am and home again by 2pm! Everyone was kind, considerate, thorough, professional and efficient. The new unit was spotless and extremely pleasant. In summary, we cannot fault the experience!

Thank you General Surgery, and thank you Frimley Park and your NHS staff!
