my mum is currently an inpatient on ward 25 - what a joke that place is and the staff on the ward need to take lessons in how to speak to people with respcet!!! i found certain nurses attidues discusting and the HCSW staff to be rude and arrogant. staff think it is appropriate to eav's drop on provate conversations. when they are told you will complain about their conduct you are thereatned with security!!! what a joke!!!!!
