The patient was treated with care with a capital C! Nothing was too much trouble. Not having much of an appetite she was tempted with small portions of food she was partial to. The whole family was included in her careplan and we feel that she was given every chance to get better.

I'm really pleased to see your relation received such good treatment during their inpatient stay at Holsworthy hospital - and that you were all consulted in decisions regarding their care. I have shared your comments with the hospital matron who I am sure will use your valuable feedback at the regular ward meeting, so all staff can benefit from reading your comments.

I do hope your relation has now made a full recovery, and would like to thank you for taking the time to contact patient opinion, as patient/carer feedback is such a valuable source of information which enables staff to continually strive to improve patient services.
